Marc Serre

Nickel Belt MP Marc Serre will add a title to his resume as he has been named Chair of the Northern Ontario Liberal Caucus.

Serre is a rookie in politics but comes from a political family, his father and uncle both served as MP’s.

He was chosen by his colleagues for the role and says the seven Northern MP’s will meet weekly.

Serre says he is honoured to take on the role and looks forward to bringing Northern issues to Ottawa.

Serre says some of the focus for the seven Northern MP’s will be job creation and the Ring of Fire.
