Greater Sudbury Police are investigating after an early morning robbery today at a convenience store on Second Avenue in Minnow Lake.

Around 3:30am, two suspects, who hid their faces with scarves, used knives to demand money from the clerk.

One suspect held a knife to the clerk’s neck resulting in minor injuries.

They made off with an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes.

Both suspects were around five-foot-six, between 150-160 pounds and had medium builds.

One suspect had on a dark winter coat and wore a ball cap and gloves.

The other suspect wore a pink-red coat with the hood pulled up, gloves and a light-coloured scarf over their face.

Police are unable to say if the suspects were male or female.
