The local Canadian Hard of Hearing Association and it’s volunteers once again broke a record for ticket sales at 68 thousand sold, but only one would win the Ultimate Dream home and that was Susan Piette of Sudbury.

The dream home draw is in it’s 15th year with all funds raised staying in Northern Ontario to help people with hearing loss.

CHHA Executive Director, Kim Scott suffers from hearing loss herself and says it means the world to her to see the money help others in the community reclaim their lives.

Scott says some of the programs they have been able to provide are found nowhere else in Canada.

CHHA receives no government funding.

The winner,Susan Piette will now have the tough choice of, to take the home, or take the cash valued at 360 thousand dollars.

The top three prize winners were;

1. Susan Piette of Sudbury – Dream Home
