In a bizarre turn of events, the frozen embryos Sofia Vergara created with ex Nick Loeb have filed a lawsuit against her in Louisiana. Page Six reports that court docs claim that the two fertilized eggs, which were called “Emma” and “Isabella” in court docs, “have been deprived of an inheritance from a trust that has been created for them in the Louisiana” by staying unborn and should be handed over Loeb so they can “live and receive the trust set up for them” to fund their healthcare and education. The ex-couple tried in-vitro fertilization while still married, and Emma and Isabella are what remain after they unsuccessfully tried to get pregnant. On Tuesday, Loeb also dropped a California lawsuit seeking protections for the frozen embryos.

Is David and Victoria Beckham’s son Cruz the next Justin Bieber? Today, the 11-year-old released a Christmas single, “If Everyday Was Christmas,” that shows off his youthful, clear voice and strictly G-rated lyrics such as “If every day was Christmas and I can’t be with you / Underneath the mistletoe / Kiss you when nobody knows.” Proceeds from the single go to Global Radio’s Make Some Noise charity. Incidentally, Cruz is managed by Scooter Braun, who also just so happens to be Bieber’s manager, so expect to see much more of him in the coming years.
