Want To Buy An Old Ghost Town?

If you’ve ever thought it might be neat to own a ghost town, your dream lies in Arizona. About 90 miles from Phoenix you’ll find Cleator, Arizona. It was established in 1864 but was originally called Turkey Creek before James Cleator bought it in 1925. The town includes a small bar called “The Cleator Yacht Club” and a general store. For the low, low price of $1.25 million, you get 40 acres of land, all existing structures, mining rights and naming rights.

Halloween Will Probably Be Canceled This Year
According to a new Harris Poll, more than 6 out of 10 adults said it is likely they will be working from home this fall and two-thirds do not expect their kids will be in school classrooms – doing online learning instead. But perhaps the biggest heartbreak of all – in all likelihood — Halloween will be on the sidelines. At this point, only 27% of respondents plan to take their kids trick-or-treating this year.
