ATV Involved In Serious Hit-And-Run With Motorcycle

Greater Sudbury Police are looking for the driver of an A-T-V involved in a serious Hit-and-Run in Naughton.

Investigators say the off-road vehicle entered the same lane as an eastbound motorcycle, along Municipal Road 55, around 9:45pm Thursday night.

The two vehicles collided.

The motorcycle driver was thrown from his bike and suffered serious non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say the ATV driver took off after the collision and the only description they have is the vehicle was red.

A portion of Municipal Road 55 was closed for more than five hours for the police investigation and clean-up.

Police are asking anyone with information on the identity of the all-terrain driver to come forward.
