Sisters In Spirit Walk To March On Elm Street

Over 1,000 murdered or missing Aboriginal women will be remembered in Sudbury today during a Sisters in Spirit Walk.

The rally and march may cause some traffic disruprtions downtown later this morning.

A special ceremony will be held at 10am N’Swakamok Native Friendship Centre on Elm Street.

The group will then march west on Elm all the way to Paris Street and back.

Sudbury Police will be helping with traffic.
