Gerry Lougheed Jr and Pat Sorbara will be on trial beginning tomorrow in Sudbury, facing Election Act charges stemming from the 2015 Sudbury by-election.

NDP MPP for Timmins-James Bay, Gilles Bisson will be in attendance, closely following the result.

Bisson believes the evidence in play will lead to charges.

Both Premier Kathleen Wynne and Sudbury MPP Glenn Thibeault will testify.

According to the Canadian Press, Wynne will be on the stand September 13th.
