Animals Safe And Court Date Set For Two Charged With Animal Cruelty

Some good news from that horrible animal abuse video shared on Facebook recently.

Greater Sudbury police have found all the animals including the dog being hit on the video, Chico and they are all safe.

Two separate people were keeping the three kittens and two dogs until officers went to their residence.

All are in the hands of animal care professionals now and will be examined by a veterinarian.

Police arrested an 18 year old female and 20-year old male, both from Greater Sudbury and charged them both with animal cruelty.

The first appearance court date has been set for July 19, 2017.
