Fire Near McFarlane Lake Causes $500,000 In Damages

Four people had to be evacuated from a severe fire at a log home on McFarlane Lake Saturday.

Six fire stations and 30 fire fighters were called to the blaze on South Lane around 5:15 pm.

There were no injuries but four people are now left without a home because of an estimated 500 thousand dollars in damages.
