North Korea’s permanent representative to the U-N says increasing tension with the United States means a nuclear war may break out at any moment on the Korean peninsula.

Kim In Ryong  says the North is ready to react to any mode of war desired by the Americans.

As he visited South Korea today, U-S Vice President Mike Pence told reporters that President Donald Trump is hopeful China will use its extraordinary levers to pressure the North to abandon its weapons program.
