Peter Capaldi Leaving "Doctor Who", Sandra Bullock/Rihanna in "Ocean's 8" and Don Cherry LOVES Justin Bieber

A new doctor is about to take the reigns. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Peter Capaldi has announced plans to step down as the 12th incarnation of Doctor Who. “One of the greatest privileges of being Doctor Who is to see the world at its best,” Capaldi said in a statement on Monday. “From our brilliant crew and creative team working for the best broadcaster on the planet, to the viewers and fans whose endless creativity, generosity and inclusiveness points to a brighter future ahead. I can’t thank everyone enough. It’s been cosmic.” Capaldi first stepped into the role in 2013 and is set to leave on the Christmas 2017 special after three seasons.

While we must wait until June 2018 to see the movie in theatres, the picture shows us a sneak peek.

Warner Bros. Pictures and Village Roadshow Pictures released a statement saying:

“In summer 2018, the tide will turn as (left to right) Debbie Ocean (Sandra Bullock) attempts to pull off the heist of the century at New York City’s star-studded annual Met Gala. Her first stop is to assemble the perfect crew: Lou (Cate Blanchett); Nine Ball (Rihanna); Amita (Mindy Kaling); Constance (Awkwafina); Rose (Helena Bonham Carter); Daphne Kluger (Anne Hathaway); and Tammy (Sarah Paulson).”

Justin Bieber laced up his skates in Los Angeles to play in the NHL Celebrity All Star Game and it looks like Don Cherry is a true Belieber!

The VP of NHL Player Safety jokingly tweeted: “The Department of Player Safety will have a hearing tomorrow morning with Chris Pronger for his check from behind on Justin Bieber.”
