The next court date will be February 13th for charges laid against the City of Greater Sudbury and Interpaving limited.

In September the Ministry of Labour laid charges against the two following a crushing death of a pedestrian on a downtown construction site, in September 2015.

All three sides met in court earlier today and set a new date for a judicial pre-trial, which will be closed to the public.

The next open court appearance would fall a week later on February 22nd.
