Two pedestrians were hit in Sudbury yesterday, a day after the launch of new pedestrian crossovers.

A boy was hit by a school bus in Chelmsford around 8:30 am.

Then around noon a teenage boy was hit by a vehicle while cross the intersection of Lasalle Blvd. and Barrydowne Road.

Both were taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries, however police say the second boy suffered pretty serious injuries.

There have been no charges laid at this time.
