Two people suffered critical injuries after a multi-vehicle collision Sunday just before noon, near Cache Bay.

Noelville OPP say three vehicles collided on Highway 17 at Drive-In Road, just west of Sturgeon Falls.

Two people were taken to hospital with critical injuries, but remain in stable condition.

Technical Traffic Investigators continue to look into the crash.
