Caitlyn Jenner won’t face criminal charges for the fatal car crash she was involved in this past February. The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office investigation concluded that Jenner was driving “slightly below posted speed limit and minimally slower than victim,” and that she hit the brakes less than two seconds before impact. The report says it could not be proven that Jenner’s conduct was “unreasonable.” Jenner was facing a possible 1 year prison sentence.

Lena Dunham is leaving Twitter because of bullying. The HBO “Girls” creator says recent “verbal abuse,” has made her decide to quit the social media platform and allow someone else to post for her. “I really appreciate that anybody follows me at all, and so I didn’t want to cut off my relationship to it completely, but it really, truly wasn’t a safe space for me,” she says. She goes on to explain that she could no longer handle reading the “mean-spirited comments” directed at her Tweets and photos. Dunham was particularly referencing a recent snapshot on Instagram of her wearing her boyfriend’s boxers and a sports bra. “It wasn’t a graphic picture,” she said. “I was wearing men’s boxers, and it turned into the most rabid, disgusting debate about women’s bodies.”
