Greater Sudbury Police are investigating a home invasion in Hanmer.

Police say Sunday just before 6pm someone entered a home on Gravel Drive and assaulted the occupants.

The suspect then robbed one of the victims and took off on foot.

The victims were not seriously hurt.

Police believe this was an isolated incident.

The suspect is described as a man, 40 to 50 years old around 5-feet-10-inches tall wearing a white hat, beige coat and blue jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
