Four people were arrested and charged after two separate criminal incidents this week, including one where a man was held against his will for over 20-hours.

A 22-year old man was forcibly confined at a home on St Charles Street in the Flour Mill, from 9am Tuesday until he managed to escape around 5:30am Wednesday.

Two men in their 20s were arrested by police.

During this same time, another victim, a 30-year-old man, was assaulted with bear spray along Moonlight Avenue in Minnow Lake.

He was was able to get away, but sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Two other suspects -a man and a woman- were arrested.
