One man is dead after an ATV was struck head on by a vehicle near Naughton.

Sudbury Police responded to the scene just after midnight this morning, where a male who was operating a All Terrain Vehicle was struck head on by a Westbound car on Municipal Road 55 near Simon Lake Drive.

The driver of the ATV was pronounced dead on the scene.

The Traffic Management Unit will continue to investigate and the identity will not be released until next of kin is notified.
