“A musical icon passes on”

Legendary blues artist B.B. King died at the age of 89 LAST NIGHT.King’s lawyer reported that King passed away in his sleep at his home in Las Vegas after suffering from Type II diabetes he canceled a tour last October due to ill health and never performed live again.

King was a touring artist for more than 50 years and released more than 50 albums. He was inducted into both the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Blues Hall of Fame, won 15 Grammys — including a Lifetime Achievement Award — and was the recipient of Kennedy Center Honors from President Bill Clinton in 1995.

Ranked Number Six on Rolling Stone’s 2011 list of the 100 greatest guitarists of all time, King influenced generations of blues and rock guitarists.

“Duff loves Tinder”

It looks like Hilary Duff’s Tinder adventures were quite the success!

UPI reports that Duff’s new video for her song “Sparks,” shows the pop star on a number of Tinder dates.

It starts with Duff telling radio host Valentine in the Morning that she’s always had “really serious boyfriends and always met people through work.

The video shows her on dates that involving bowling and riding go-karts. Duff’s new album Breathe In. Breathe Out. will be released June 16th.

And Finally …have you ever heard of Parkour Running?   I know I hadn’t until I saw this video.  Parkour Running is basically getting from Point A to Point B in the most efficient way possible.
