2,200+ Flood Local Streets For 10th Anniversary Of Sudbury Rocks Race

Many said it was perfect running weather Sunday for the annual Sudbury Rocks Race.

A record 2,200 participants took part in the 10th anniversary of the event.

In fact there were over 1,000 runners and walkers signed up for the 5-K event alone, including KiSS Reporter Nick Liard, who placed 2nd in the Celebrity Run.

Congratulations to our friends at Eastlink for claiming that victory, thanks to 1st place victor, Ryan Manahan.

Donations are still being counted, but organizers had hoped to raise over $50,000 for the Canadian Diabetes Association.
