Two days after welcoming their first daughter, Prince William and Kate Middleton have now revealed her name. “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their daughter Charlotte Elizabeth Diana,” the Kensington Palace Twitter account posted today. The baby’s full title will be Her Royal Highness Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Cambridge. The Daily Mail notes that “Charlotte” is a nod to the baby’s grandfather Prince Charles, while Elizabeth is in honour of her great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth and Diana, of course, is in honor of Prince William’s late mother.
